What is included in the cost of my registration? | In-person registration includes access to all plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, networking events, exhibitions and daily lunch. Please note that registration does NOT include travel and visa expenses, (visa requirement dependent on passport country), accommodation expenses, vaccination or health related expenses, or travel insurance (recommended). | |

I can no longer attend. Can I transfer my registration to another? | It is free to transfer registration to another delegate. Please send a request for this to the conference secretariat. | |
VISA | Do I need a visa? | If you require a visa, please consult the full visa application process and requirements made available here. A list of Dutch diplomatic and consular offices authorized to issue visas is available at this link. It is the delegate's responsibility to investigate the visa requirements for the Netherlands and to apply for a visa, if necessary. Delegates who require an entry visa must allow sufficient time for the application procedure. Delegates should contact the nearest Dutch embassy, consulate, or representing consular Schengen office to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. This letter serves as a confirmation of your invitation to the symposium and to facilitate your visa process as needed. |
